At GLArmy.com, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Destinations
GLArmy.com ships to selected countries within Europe and to Turkey, exclusively via DHL.
Orders to destinations outside these regions are not accepted or processed.
If your country does not appear at checkout, unfortunately we do not currently ship to your location.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- DHL Express: delivery within 1–3 business days
- DHL Economy: delivery within 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local courier operations, customs procedures, or peak periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on destination country and shipment weight.
The final shipping cost is displayed before order confirmation.
5. Tracking Information
All GLArmy.com shipments include DHL tracking.
Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Duties, Taxes & Customs
European Union (EU) shipments are delivered without customs duties or import taxes.
For shipments to Turkey (non-EU), customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delivery time.
7. Delivery Issues & Delays
GLArmy.com is not responsible for delays caused by:
- DHL service disruptions
- Force majeure events
- Customs clearance procedures
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact GLArmy.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and relevant photos.
