At GLArmy.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please review the policy below.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform GLArmy.com of your decision within this period by contacting us at support@glarmy.com, clearly stating your order number.

 

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

- Be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you notify GLArmy.com of your decision to withdraw

- Be in good condition, with all original tags and packaging intact

 

You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store. However, the customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Underwear

- Swimwear, if the hygiene seal has been removed

- Socks, if packaging has been opened

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

 

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact GLArmy.com before sending the return.

 

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date GLArmy.com is informed of your decision to withdraw. GLArmy.com may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

 

The original standard shipping cost is refunded. Any additional costs resulting from upgraded shipping methods are non-refundable.

 

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact GLArmy.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos.
